LAND ROBO

           

For this event, robots should be able to complete the arena and put the balls into their own goal into given arena under the specific rules & regulations.

RULES

Max 4 members should be in a team.

Logo kits or other such similar kits are not allowed.

Ready-made toy base is not allowed, if any team uses this type of kits, it is rejected by the Judges.

Ready-made gear boxes can be used.

Max power supply to the robot is 24 V.

We will provide power supply of 220V, 50HZ.

Robot can exceed its dimension after starting of the game.

If there is power cut during the competition, the participant needs to restart. Maximum two restart will be allowed.

If robot faces any misfortune then TIME UP of 30 sec. will be provided. & after 30 sec, points will be deducted @ 1point/sec.

Damaging the given arena leads to disqualified.

Judges decision shall be final and bind to all.

FIRST ROUND

Limiting time (T) is 5 min.

In this round each team has to start from a specified START POINT and has to reach FINAL destination (other START POINT.)

The selection for the final round is on the basis of points got in preliminary round.

Initially each team will be assigned with 100 points.

If any team’s completion time (T1) is less than the limiting time, then they will Gain (add) 1 points / sec.

Total points(Tp)=100+(T-T1)+point secured in{(putting block into hole)+(climbing the mesh)+(cross the see-saw system)}.

(NOTE: - each time period will be in second).

The team which secures the maximum points shall be qualified for the 2nd round.

Number & teams selected for the 2nd round shall be announced at the event site.

SECOND/FINAL ROUND

Two teams will start together, from their own START POINT.

Each team has to complete their path by putting block into hole, climbing mesh and cross the see-saw system.

After it each team has to enter into the main internal arena.

Each team has to take their own ball & put it into own Goal.

A team can take the opposition ball &put it into their own goal if & only if, they put their all ball into their Goal Post.

Maximum time provided for this round is 10 minutes.

ARENA SPECIFICATION

Arena of dimension 460 cm X 260 cm will be provided.

The main internal Arena dimension is 400 cm x 200cm.

Block and Hole size is 25 cm X 25 cm X 20 cm.

Mesh size is 40 cm X 30 cm.

The plane surface between Mesh is 30 cm X 30 cm.

The see-saw is 40 cm X 30 cm.

Inclination of Mesh is 30* & see-saw is 20*& inclination of connecting path (between external and internal main arena) is 60*.

Diameter of Ball ranges from 3 cm to 5 cm.

POINT CRITERIA

Two teams will start together from their START POSITION.

Putting the block into the Hole will be awarded 10 points.

Climbing the mesh will be awarded 20 points.

Falling the container of balls into the main internal arena will be awarded 10 points.

Cross the see-saw system will be awarded 10 points.

Picking the own ball & putting into its own Goal will be awarded 5 points/ball.

Picking the ball of opposition and put them into own Goal will be awarded 10 points/ball.

ROBOT SPECIFICATION

The Max size of robot at the start point should be within 25cm X 25cm X 25cm.

Maximum weight of robot is 3 kg.

PRIZES

Teams securing the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position will get prize & certificate.

All participants will get the participation certificate.
