This is the driving force behind the working of the Robotics Club SARS (Student Association of Robotics Science). Besides making a serious endeavour to spread knowledge on robotics and its diverse applications, where the TEAM stands true to its meanings- Together Everyone Achieves More. It is this exemplary virtue that has bound the club and helped it to grow to its present potential.

       The club has created a sensation and is proud to be the first of its kind among all the engineering colleges of south orissa. Having been established in august 2008, the club today is a active platform for students to display and develop their practical machine building skills and practical knowledge.

       The eventual aim of the club will be to lift up the spirit of engineering within us. The whole essence of engineering lies in the spirit of innovation, the spirit of designing systems on our own. This process of working on our own gives us a lot of satisfaction.

      Today, there are 250 members in SARS who regularly participate at the college level and national level techfests and win a lot of robotic competitions adding glory to SARS and GIET. Continuous efforts are being put into further improve SARS in each and every dimensions.

       So, we invite all to be a part of the club and let us together reload within us the spirit of innovation which has been lying untapped for many years.
